By entering or participating in this promotion, you agree to adhere to these official rules, which constitute a binding contract. It is imperative that you read them carefully prior to entry. This contract includes an indemnification clause and requires you to release all claims against the Promotion Entities (as defined below). By entering the sweepstakes, you consent to mandatory, binding arbitration without class relief, as well as acceptance of limitations on your rights and remedies, including potential damages.

**Eligibility:** The Go Nuts For Donuts Monster Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Rhode Island) who possess a valid driver’s license and meet the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all other states and the District of Columbia). Employees of Go Nuts For Donuts LLC (the “Sponsor”), Giveaway Ninja (Administrator), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and internet agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively referred to as "Promotion Entities"), and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) or individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and where prohibited. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in the Promotion signifies agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements outlined herein.

**PROMOTION PERIOD:** The Promotion commences at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 4, 2024, and concludes at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 3, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The official timekeeping device for this Promotion will be the Sponsor's computer.

**TWO WAYS TO ENTER:**

**A. ENTRY VIA AN ONLINE PURCHASE:** Participants must provide their online consent to enter through an online purchase. Internet access is required. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of Go Nuts For Donuts merchandise made online at www.gnfd19xx.com (the “Website”). The number of entries is determined by the list price of eligible purchases, excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges, and will be rounded up to the nearest dollar increment. Any entry associated with a purchase that is returned before the drawing will be void. All transactions are subject to the Sponsor's return policy. To be eligible for entries through a purchase in this Promotion, your transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 3, 2025, and must include your consent to participate. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be received through purchases with the entrant’s consent. Additionally, during the Promotion Period, entrants will have the option to opt-in for further email communications from the Sponsor. Opting in is not a requirement for participation in this Promotion and does not enhance the likelihood of winning. If an entrant chooses to opt-in, they grant the Sponsor permission to send future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messages related to the Sponsor’s services and products, from which they can unsubscribe at any time.

**B. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY:**

To obtain twenty (20) entries without making any purchase or payment, please legibly handwrite your full first and last name on a standard 3”x5” piece of paper.

To participate in the giveaway, you must provide the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, and daytime telephone number, including the area code. It is imperative that the outer mailing envelope includes a valid return address with your complete first and last name. Entries lacking a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Each mailing envelope is limited to one entry, and bulk shipments containing multiple entries in a single package will not be accepted. All mail-in entries, including the outer envelope, must be handwritten; mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail are prohibited.

Entries must be postmarked by the promotion's end date of November 22, 2024, and received by November 27, 2024, to qualify for the drawing. If the postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, your mail-in entry must be postmarked on the following business day. Each valid mail-in entry will count as twenty (20) entries, provided it meets the outlined requirements. Mail-in entries that do not conform to the specified format, inaccurate, incomplete, are illegible, or mechanically reproduced will be considered null and void.

The Sponsor bears no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries, or entries not received by the deadline. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged, and requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be entertained.

*RANDOM DRAWING:** A random drawing will be conducted on or around July 4, 2025, to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries, which include both purchase and non-purchase mail-in entries received by specified date above. This drawing will be overseen by Giveaway Ninja (the “Administrator”), an independent organization specializing in contest management, and their decisions will be deemed final. The probability of winning a prize is determined solely by the total number of eligible entries received. While numerous participants may enter, only one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected. Winning is not guaranteed; the likelihood of winning depends on the overall number of eligible purchase and mail-in entries submitted and received during the promotional period.

*WINNER NOTIFICATION:**

The selected winner will be contacted via email and/or phone by the Sponsor and will be required to complete and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and, where permissible, a Publicity Release. Additionally, a copy of the winner's valid driver’s license and a completed W-9 Tax form will be necessary (collectively referred to as "Documents"). All completed Documents must be returned within three days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from the date of attempted delivery. Failure to return the required Documents, respond to the notification within the specified timeframe, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification without further notice, and an alternate winner will be selected. Should a potential winner be deemed ineligible, fail to comply with the Official Rules, or be unable to claim the prize as specified, disqualification will occur, and an alternate winner will be chosen. The awarding of the prize is contingent upon eligibility verification and the completion and return of all required Documents. If the Sponsor or an Administrator acting on behalf of the Sponsor cannot determine and verify a potential winner after multiple alternate drawings, or if there are insufficient entries (fewer than 250,000) corresponding to the number of prizes available, the Sponsor reserves the right to withhold any or all prizes.

*FRAUD ALERT:** Safeguard yourself against fraudulent schemes. You will NEVER be asked to provide credit card information, bank details, or any form of payment as a condition for receiving a prize. Such requests are clear indicators of promotional fraud. We do NOT utilize social media to contact winners of the Promotion. **Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)**:

One (1) Grand Prize – a customized RAM 3500 Laramie Turbo Diesel, valued at approximately $50,000. The total prize value is $50,000, and it consists solely of the items explicitly listed as part of the prize.

*Additional Prize Disclosures**:

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as all fees and expenses associated with accepting the prize that are not explicitly covered by the Sponsor. This includes, but is not limited to, licensing, insurance, title and registration fees, costs related to acceptance, pickup, transport, and use of the prize, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, and any other expenses incurred. Furthermore, this encompasses transportation alterations, incidentals, tariffs or duties, surcharges, service charges, or any travel expenses incurred to claim the prize. The prize's value is deemed taxable income, and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099. They will be required to complete a tax form reflecting the total value of the prize as stated.

The winner must agree to claim the prize at a location specified by the Sponsor in Tampa, Florida, within thirty (30) days of notification regarding its availability. Failure to collect the prize within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and the prize will then be awarded to an alternate winner. The winner must present necessary forms of identification (e.g., a government-issued ID or passport). Additionally, the winner will be responsible for all aspects of operating the automobile prize. A valid driver’s license that permits operation of the prize vehicle in the winner’s state or province of residence, along with proof of legally required insurance, must be provided prior to delivery. The winner may also be required to submit evidence of such documentation and taxpayer identification numbers prior to final confirmation as the winner.

In the event that the selected winner is unable to accept the prize or is deemed ineligible for any reason, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be chosen. The sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, where permissible, at their sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash; however, the sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value at their discretion.

The sponsor is not liable for any delays or cancellations in prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control. If the fulfilling merchant cancels the order for reasons outside the sponsor's control, and the prize cannot be delivered, no additional compensation will be issued. Furthermore, if a substitute prize is provided, the difference in value between the substitute and the advertised prize will not be compensated in cash. The prize winner assumes all risks associated with loss, damage, or theft of the prize, and the sponsor will not replace the prize if the prize check is cashed without authorization following the transfer of ownership. The prize cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Only the number of prizes specified in these official rules is available for award. In the case of a printing, technical, or other error that results in more prizes being awarded than stated, additional winners will not be recognized. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non- infringement. The winner acknowledges that the sponsor and administrator have not made, nor are they responsible for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee—express or implied— pertaining to any component of the prize offered in this promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition, or suitability for a specific purpose. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:

Entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, YouTube, and their respective affiliates, including parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional partners, internet agencies, as well as their officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns, from any claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising from injuries, losses, or damages of any kind. This encompasses, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion, acceptance, receipt, or travel to and from the prize pick-up location, and from the use, misuse, acceptance, or possession of the prize. This release also covers the use of any photos, videos, or entries related to the Promotion, along with any claims pertaining to publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. The Promotion Entities are not liable for any failure to administer or conduct the Promotion as intended, nor for the inability to award any prize due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, epidemics, compliance with governmental laws or orders, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion Entities shall not be held accountable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind—including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—arising from access to, or use of, any website associated with the Promotion, or from downloading or printing materials from such websites. In cases of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the disclosures in promotional materials and the terms and conditions specified in these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall take precedence. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for typographical errors or other mistakes in the printing of the offer, the administration of the Promotion, or the announcement of the prize. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where forbidden by the laws of the land, the acceptance of a prize bestows upon the Promotion Entities and their affiliates the enchanting authority to print, publish, broadcast, and showcase the winner's name, likeness, entry, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical details (including, but not limited to, hometown and state) across the vast realms of all current and future media platforms. This usage extends to the World Wide Web and may transpire at any moment. Furthermore, information regarding the winner's prize and any quotes attributed to them may be harnessed for advertising, trade, and promotional endeavors, including announcements on television or radio. Such enchantments shall occur without any further consideration, compensation, permission, or notification, and may also involve the inclusion in a winners' list employed by the sponsor and its designees for the purpose of retargeting entrants through email or other sponsor applications. By embracing the prize, the winner acknowledges and consents to being captured on video, recorded, and/or photographed during the award ceremony. FOREWARNING - DAMAGE TO WEBSITE:

Any intentional damage to the website or interference with the promotion constitutes a violation of both criminal and civil laws, granting the sponsor the right to seek damages to the fullest extent to the law. The Promotion Entities shall not be held liable for transmission errors, technical failures, or any issues that may impede participation. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters or technical difficulties. In the event of termination, a public notice will be issued, and a drawing for the Grand Prize will be conducted for all eligible entries submitted prior to the termination. Disputes regarding the identity of entrants will be resolved based on the name provided on the entry form. Entries that are suspected of fraudulent activity will be disqualified, and the sponsor retains the authority to disallow participation if tampering is suspected or if the rules are not adhered to.

* CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:**

Legal actions may not be initiated until ten business days have elapsed following the submission of this notice. This informal resolution process does not replace any legally mandated pre-suit procedures.

If the disagreement regarding the Demand is not resolved within ten business days, the entrant is required to file for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both the entrant and the Promotion Entities agree to resolve disputes through arbitration, thereby waiving their rights to pursue court litigation and jury trials. Proper service must be conducted in accordance with the Arbitrator's rules. Should the AAA be unable to facilitate arbitration, the entrant may engage another national arbitration organization. The Arbitrator will adhere to the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, effective September 1, 2014, and will hold exclusive jurisdiction over all related disputes. The validity of the arbitration agreement contained herein is affirmed. The Arbitrator is vested with the authority to grant any and all remedies permissible by law; however, requests for public injunctive relief must be pursued in a court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs both the enforcement and interpretation of arbitration agreements. The designated location for arbitration shall be Tampa, Florida. The entrant agrees not to initiate or participate in any class action or collective action against the Promotion Entities. Furthermore, the entrant consents to not join their claims with those of any other individual. Notwithstanding any provisions within the Official Rules or the Privacy Policies, if a court of competent jurisdiction determines that this class action waiver is invalid, then the arbitration agreement shall be rendered null and void, as if it had never been established. Consequently, any disputes subject to arbitration at that juncture will be dismissed without prejudice and may subsequently be refiled in court. Entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the designated courts jurisdiction for any action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this Promotion shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida. Under no circumstances shall entrants or the Promotion Entities consent to class or collective arbitration procedures or the consolidation of claims. The provisions outlined in the Dispute Resolution Section will remain in effect even after the Promotion concludes or undergoes modification. They will govern the relationship between participants and the Promotion Entities concerning participation.

DISSOLVABILITY: In the event that any clause of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such a clause shall be considered null and void; nonetheless, the remaining clauses shall persist with their full vigor and validity.
